Property check (Basic package)
This check is performed twice a month
• General inspection of the house.
We will check the house on several points; The roof, windows,
the gutters, walls, doors, fence, pool (pump and heating)
• General check of the heating, electricity, plumbing and sanitary
• Closing the water off at temperatures below zero.
• Contact with the owner in case of damage caused by storms, hail, water,
burglary, vandalism, etc.
• Air the house
• Checking the battery of the car
• Checking the post and forward mail
Maison Totale can, after consulting, do repairs or call in the help of
a specialist.
Basic plus package
Profit from 20% discount and choose the Basic plus package. We will be at your disposal for 4 hours extra per month at a reduced tarif. You can choose any service which can differ per month, such as:
• pool maintenance
• preparing your garden for winter/summer
• cleaning services before and after visit
